This season, two new fascinating and exciting 3 day excursions sponsored by the Museum are featured for September. Because these trips involve a limited number of spaces, pre-registration by the end of June is essential.

SEPT 5, 6, 7th ROUND SONORA ISLAND
Misty Isles will set off for an exploration of Desolation Sound and the Discovery Islands with overnight accomodation in the tranquil beauty of Solstua West on Rendezvous Island. You will experience riding the ebb tide through the Gillard Rapids and the flood tide through the Hole in the Wall as well as stops along the way to visit historic sites.

The cost for this all inclusive 3 day trip is $730 GST incl. Two double bunks are available on board Misty Isles for $150 less. Pre-registration required by the end of June.

Sept 20,21,22nd GRIZZLY BEAR MAINLAND FJORD TOUR
This 3 day voyage explores Bute and Toba Inlets and features a close up look of Grizzly Bears which have gathered to feast on spawning salmon on the Orford River. This trip is an excellent alternative to the high speed bear tours run out of Campbell River as it offers our guests a relaxed and leisurely look at the coast with time for more in depth exploration.

The cost for this all-inclusive trip is $750 GST incl. Pre-registration required by the end of June.
