Ray & I spotted this Bohemian Waxwing in our arbutus tree on November 5th. It's not listed in the Birds of Cortes & Mitlenatch book, so we think this is a good sighting!

Also - the 8th Annual Christmas Bird Count is planned for Saturday, January 5th 2008. So mark your calendars! We will get more information out regarding the count nearer to the time.
